2-3t/h organic fertilizer Stirring tooth granulator machine working process

2025-06-17

The stirring tooth granulator, also known as the new organic fertilizer granulator, is a versatile and efficient machine for making powder materials into granules. It is particularly popular in the organic fertilizer industry, but is also used in feed production and other fields. Unlike some other granulation methods, the stirring tooth granulator provides a relatively simple and cost-effective way to convert fine powder into granules that are easier to manage and sell.

Application:

  • Organic fertilizer production: The main application area is to convert compost materials, animal manure, chicken manure, cow manure and other organic waste into fertilizer granules.

  • Compound fertilizer production: It can be used to make mixed fertilizer ingredients into granules.

  • Feed production: It is used to produce granular animal feed.

  • Other industries: It is suitable for other industries that require granulation of powdered materials.

Organic Fertilizer Granulator Machine Working Process

The working principle of this equipment is to use a variety of mechanical forces to convert powdered materials into granules. Usually the following steps are completed:

1. Feeding: Feed the raw materials (usually a mixture of compost organic matter, fertilizer ingredients or other powders) into the granulator. This can be done with a screw conveyor or other feeding device to ensure a stable and controllable flow of materials.

2. Mixing and stirring: Inside the granulator, the unique rotating stirring teeth mix the materials violently. This intense mixing action ensures that all ingredients are fully mixed and evenly distributed.

3. Particle formation (agglomeration): During the material mixing process, the stirring teeth also produce lifting and squeezing effects, causing fine particles to collide and adhere to each other to form small particles.

4. Densification and molding: The continuous stirring and pressing action of the stirring teeth further densifies the particles, making them more compact and durable. A polishing device is also provided to round the particles and improve their appearance.

5. Discharging: The finished particles are discharged from the granulator through the discharge port. The size of the granules can be adjusted by controlling the speed of the stirring teeth and the residence time of the material in the granulator.

6. Post-processing (optional): After granulation, the granules may undergo further processing steps such as drying, cooling and screening to improve their quality and consistency.
