Working principle of organic fertilizer granulation production line

1. Crawler compost turner:

First, the organic waste is turned and fermented using a crawler compost turner. This process helps to improve the aeration and temperature of the material and accelerate the decomposition of organic matter.

2. Feeder:

After fermentation, the treated organic material is transported to the next process through the feeder. The feeder ensures that the material enters the crusher evenly and stably.

3. Crusher:

In the crusher, the material is further crushed to the required particle size (usually 50 mesh to 100 mesh) for subsequent mixing and granulation.

4. Mixer:

The crushed material is fed into the mixer, where the material is fully mixed by rotating blades to form a uniform mixture.

5. Double-roll extrusion granulator:

The mixture then enters the double-roll extrusion granulator. Here, the material is extruded into oblate granular fertilizer under high pressure. This granulator adopts dry granulation method and works at room temperature. After granulation, the granules do not need to be dried, which reduces energy consumption.

6. Screening machine:

The extruded granules are screened by the screening machine to separate qualified granules and unqualified debris. Qualified granules will be sent to the next process, while unqualified debris will be returned to the mixer for further processing.

7. Packing machine:

Finally, the qualified granules after screening are further processed and packaged by the packaging machine to ensure the quality and safety of the product.
