Production process and process:
1. Harmless treatment of raw materials:
Primary aerobic fermentation - secondary anaerobic fermentation
Livestock and poultry manure is mixed with an appropriate amount of straw powder. The amount of mixing depends on the moisture content of cow and sheep manure. Generally, the moisture content of 45% is required for fermentation. that is scattered. Then add cornmeal or rice bran and bacteria. The function of cornmeal is to increase the sugar content for the fermentation of bacteria, so that the multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria will soon take an absolute advantage. Add the prepared mixture to the blender for stirring, and the stirring must be even and thorough, without leaving any lumps. The stirred ingredients are piled into strips with a width of 1.5m-2m, a height of 0.8m-1.2m and a length of not less than 3m. During the fermentation process, pay attention to proper oxygen supply and turning over (the temperature should be turned over when the temperature rises to 75°C or above several times,) the temperature rise is controlled at about 65 ℃, and the temperature is too high, which will affect the nutrients. The moisture content of the fermentation material should be controlled at 60-65%. Too high or too low is not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation; too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow heating, and produce odor. After composting, it will heat up in 2 days, become odorless in 3 days, loosen in 7 days, become fragrant in 9 days, and become fertilizer in 10 days. On the second day of composting, the temperature can reach 60℃-80℃, killing diseases and insect pests such as Escherichia coli and eggs; on the fourth day, the odor of cow and sheep dung is eliminated; on the seventh day, the compost becomes loose and dry, covered with white mycelium ; On the 9th day, a wine koji fragrance was emitted; on the 10th day, the bacterial fertilizer was fermented and matured.
