Our Chief technician and CEO, Mr. Richard Yan,  was on site to guide and maintain the 1-2t/h mineral granules production line in the end of October, 2023.  Mr Yan focus on the guidence on the disc or pan granulating line, improving the capacity from 40kg/h to 1000kg/h with diameter 3-4mm round partilces; The current line adopts the disc granulator, electrial heating system and 10m rotary dryer and realted cooler system; Due to the electrial heating source is shortness for the moisture, we are now undergoing the new electrial heating system; If you are interested in the mineral fertilizer granulation program, kindly contact us for more information; 

Here is sharing on the heat value of gas, diesel oil, biomass and electricity FYI, it is done theortically, it will change according to the local temperature and drying materials and other factors, supposing 1 ton water evaporing in the dryer, you can see it clearly the energy cosumption:

Finally the electricity is largest one to consume, so normally we don't suggest the electrial heating system in a production line, it is rather expensive after long term use;
