Introduction of Msw Powder Organic Fertilizer Production Line

The municipal solid waste organic fertilizer production line is a production equipment used to convert municipal solid waste into organic fertilizer. Through a series of processes, the organic matter in domestic waste can be decomposed, fermented, and pretreated. Finally, it is processed into high-quality organic fertilizer. It not only reduces garbage pollution and environmental impact; but also reuses resources to obtain efficient organic fertilizer, which helps soil improvement and plant growth in agriculture and horticulture.

Feature of Msw Powder Organic Fertilizer Production Line

1. Resource reuse: Municipal domestic waste contains a large amount of organic matter, which can be converted into organic fertilizer through process technology to realize resource reuse.

2. Protect the environment: It can reduce pollution to the environment, soil, and atmosphere. Effectively degrade organic matter and reduce the release of harmful substances.

3. Organic fertilizer: Organic fertilizer has balanced nutrition, can improve the soil, promote the development of plant root systems, and reduce soil erosion and water pollution.

4. Social benefits: Helps improve urban environmental quality, reduces the impact of garbage dumps on residents, and assists agricultural development.

Working Process of Msw Powder Organic Fertilizer Production Line

Converting municipal solid waste into powdered organic fertilizer usually requires the following processes:

1. Garbage classification: Municipal domestic waste first needs to be collected and classified to facilitate subsequent classification and processing.

2. Garbage pre-processing: The collected garbage needs to be pre-processed and refined through processes such as crushing and screening.

3. Compost fermentation: Use high-temperature fermentation or composting to quickly decompose biological waste and produce organic fertilizer. Common fermentation equipment includes fermentation tanks, chain plate turners, crawler turners, roulette turners, etc. Can be selected based on output and site area.

4. Crushing and stirring: The fermented organic fertilizer is crushed, stirred, and refined to achieve the ideal particle fineness.

5. Screening and packaging: The ideal fertilizer products after screening are sent to the packaging process through a conveyor, and the unsatisfactory fertilizers are crushed twice.
